Ashley Kingston – I have a passion for operations and engineering. With 20 years of expertise in all manufacturing processes and management. I have a strong desire to help all businesses to realise their full operational potential. With this aim, I established AMK Business Consulting to support the operational needs of businesses from SMEs to large corporations.

I have experience across industries ranging from white goods and laboratory test equipment to industrial drivetrain couplings and electric vehicles; I can offer a unique perspective to your challenges. Using my operations management aptitude, I also have the ability to offer unique technical solutions. Further to this I have the people skills to explain and gain commitment at all levels within your business.

I am also a huge advocate of STEM education in schools and I was involved in re-starting the West Yorkshire Region of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) and have served on the Yorkshire Region Committee as both a member of the team and also as the Regional Media Officer.

My career path in manufacturing and engineering is largely as a result of my love of technology and computers. From an early age I have studied computer sciences and I run my second business, Home Automation Solutions (HAS) in support of both home users and SMEs to get the best out of consumer and prosumer level technology.

I offer a bespoke tailored IT service based around your needs. Able to speak in plain English I offer individualised training and advice. I offer a friendly, personal service to help you get the most from your home electronics and computers.

I am based in the village of Barkisland in West Yorkshire. I am therefore ideally situated to support businesses in the Yorkshire, Humber and Lancashire regions. However, I have had clients from around the UK, especially in London.
